RCHS Farewell Script and Storyboard

Fist scene: in a classroom, students walking down a hallway, they walk in the classroom (chatting)

Seniors - “Graduation is so close, I can’t wait!…(say things they look forward to after they graduate)”

Juniors - “We’re going to miss you.”

Aubrey - “Okay, enough of the sappy words, I’m getting a drink.”

Aubrey walks out, but stumbles back in and falls to the ground (eyes wide open). Everyone stops talking and just stares at Aubrey’s dead body. Sunnie walks over and checks her pulse.

Sunnie - "She's dead."

Everyone scrambles to find a weapon. They all huddle in a corner, putting up their weapons and waiting for someone to come in. No comes in.

Shanjidah - "What is going on?!"

Professor Ali and Professor Steen walk into the classroom, everyone puts up their weapons (terrified).

Professor Ali - "It's Senioritis. I'm afraid Aubrey has been overwhelmed with her studies and it has taken her. She was so close too."

Professor Ali covers Aubrey with a blanket.

Professor Steen - "This does not effect the juniors, so they are allowed to leave."

The juniors pause and run out of the class. A senior attempts to leave with them and dies.

Shanjidah - "What is going on? Why can't we leave the room?"

Professor Ali - "Remember, this was your first class here at RCHS? (She gives her farewell message)"

Professor Steen - "(Gives her farewell message)"

Professor Ali - "You need to figure out a way to overcome Senioritis otherwise you are not allowed to leave let alone grauate. Good luck."

The two professors walk out. The group of seniors start to look for ways outside of the room.

Shanjidah - "Come on! There has to be a way out of here!"

One senior suddenly bursts out in tears. Everyone is startled and there is a sense of lost hope in the room. Sunnie walks over to the senior and tries to calm her/him down.

Sunnie - "We'll be okay. We just need to think of a way to overcome this."

The senior keeps crying.

Sunnie - "Hey guys, do you remember August term field day...the frustration we had preparing for capstone..."

Shanjidah - "The random activities on campus or off campus..."

The Seniors start listing memories and laughing.

Sunnie - "I want to graduate, I'm going to...(say university and profession), darn it! How about you?"

The seniors say what they are going to do once they graduate.

Shanjidah - I'm not letting a stupid thing like Senioritis get in my way of graduating! I did not come this far to only come this far!"

Everyone's spirit is lifted. They gather in front of the door.

Shanjidah - "You guys ready?"

Everyone nods. Shanjidah turns the knob and opens the door.

Shanjidah - "Bye, RCHS!" They all walk out the door. The doors slowly closes, (close up shot of the knob - doorr closes completely).

Credits start rolling - (secret ending)

Secret ending - Aubrey gets up from being dead and starts laughing.

Aubrey - "That was cheesy as heck! Man, I'm glad I came here to RCHS. However, you..."

Aubrey gets up and walks toward the camera, looks straight into it.

Aubrey - "Still can't leave? It seems you have Senioritis..."

Aubrey blinks once - eyes become red and her voice deep.

Aubrey - "...like me."

Cut to: Transition to me in the morning

Camera close-up clips (trailer music over)
- I open my eyes, brush my teeth, pour water in transparent cup, backpack wheels rolling
(Wide-angle) - I dramatically point at the ceiling, (music stops) someone walks by while holding device
"Yes, I am Aubrey Zaragoza (aka Zara Anatalia)."

Cut to: Transition to school

"I am a filmmaker, photographer, YouTuber, and a Senior at Richland Collegiate High School."
- Clips of me filming, taking photos, and looking at YouTube Channel (w/ Jimmy?)

Cut to: Transition to RCHS office

"We work our guts out here - no blood, don't worry..."
- (stop music again) show front office (people working)
"No, not there, right here, here, here, and here."
- Transition to me on computer in class, eating in Sabine, walking around campus (randomly trips) and me studying in at home
(Look at camera)
"Boring, right?" - audio on video
(Nod head after 3 seconds of looking at the camera)

Cut to: Hobbies

"Well, I'm not all about work. I also do this, this, this and this for fun."
- Transition clips of me dancing, watching K-dramas (crying), writing, and being crazy with my brother (outside?)

Cut to: me talking to stuffed animal again
- (inspirational music) (transition shots between the stuffed animal and me)
"However, there's a problem - not enough people know about RCHS. That's my capstone - finding a solution for this problem. I'm building a marketing platform to help RCHS build their brand."

I am RCHS

My name is Aubrey Zaragoza. I am a Senior student in the RCHS program. I am a YouTuber / Photographer/ Filmmaker. I take a little bit of time everyday to continue my creativity and learn a little bit more about film directing (the profession I intend to enter).

I enjoy thinking of ideas that bring out something ordinary and compressing it /arranging it the way I want. I also like to create them to let others perceive and ponder what they think my photo or film is about. For example, the photo right below is called "King" (and I am in it...can you see me?).

I wish to work with others and collaborate on projects, but it is quite difficult when you balance creativity and 22 college credit hours. Most, but not all of my projects are done on my own including editing, acting, directing, shooting, etc...

I try to make a habit of looking in the mirror everyday and saying things like, "I'm Beautiful, Confident, and Intelligent. I will have a good day and so will everyone around me." This keeps me positive and motivated to get the things done. I try to point myself in a logical and safe direction, so I am not limiting up my options for success.

In order to practice what I love to do best, I ask people if they need a portrait done or want to build their portfolio for a university/scholarship. I even do service learning for RCHS Media as Head Videographer for the marketing of the program, as well as being part of Yearbook as the Chief of the Photography Team.

In RCHS, I take high school and college classes, which starting from Junior to Senior year, gets me my associate degrees as well as my high school diploma. However, the program is rigorous and tough all the way through. I stay a total of 15 hours everyday at school, so it's practically a full time job. I get an hour for lunch which I bring with me in order to keep my brain from dying. I keep up with friends and family through Facebook because I do not carry a phone with me (too distracting). A little funny fact about me is that I do not carry light at all. My backpack is a suitcase which my friends call "The Body-Bag" and they said it so often that I decided to make a video...LOL! ^_^

Lately, I have been looking at the news more and searching for tutorials on certain techniques for specific software. I like learning something new besides the classes I have to take. Also, as often as I can, I meditate to enhance my patience, mental state, and back pains. 

Everyday is refreshing and bright...as long as I get enough sleep, but I think that goes for everyone. ^_^
